L’The ENAPOL of Buenos Aires has echoed and amplified the spirit of the November Study Days in Paris. Now, it is a matter of inscribing the WAP Congress as the third event in this special edition series, as its « moment to conclude ». To this effect, newcomers will have access to the totality of the work of the Congress: they will be able to present their work along side of members; the program will be reconsidered from the ground up.

Calendar
The Congress proper will last four days, from Monday, April 26th through Thursday, April 29th, 2010.

-The day preceding the Congress, Sunday, April 25th, all the cartels of the pass existing in the WAP will meet in the local of the School. This conclave will be behind closed doors. Its work will be accounted for during the Congress.

-The day after the Congress, on Friday April 30th, the General Assembly, reserved for Members, will be held. It will be televised, and newcomers will be admitted to assist its live retransmission.
